These are already posted on the first post of this page.

Also the 1080 had pictures of pallets too, doesn't really mean much.

Yeah, for all we know that could be around 250 boxes that are meant for an entire country. Means nothing.

Lot of users got the dirty hands on RX 480 already. One of them is my old chit chat body.

And i just keep killing the fly's in the computer room instead of having to test the 480 :(

Quite bad, especially idle. Vega better improve on this.

If a stock card hits 390X OC performance in AOTS then that is very good, it's also the best case scenario so it would be misleading people if they expected that across the board.

The overhyping will likely damage sales, so unless you work for Nvidia it really is something people should calm down on.
TBF though, most of the lost sales are going to be people who had silly expectation anyway.

shave off some due to better power management per app (profiling), and it's still bad

I mean this card can sit while happily drawing 170W WTH?

They need to improve not only idle, but video playing consumption(!)

    Is it real that it has 32 f u c k i n g ROPs? In 2016? Really? WTF.

Unless they are magical, I don't know what to say.

PS: On the other hand it seems to bench within 1fps of the 390x which has 40% more memory bandwidth and double the ROPs. I don't know what to say at this point. The architecture seems to have been changed quite a lot.

32 rops for 43 whatever pixel filtrate and 390x with 64 had somewhere around 65. So they improved a lot and still this card is replacing 380 with 32 rops not 390/390x.

    1060 should have 40 rops

So FHD 60FPS possible in 199-229USD GPU !

    improved geometry + primitive discard

and look at what onny posted about tomb raider, which is exactly where gcn performed badly

So it is 3% behind 390x msi gaming @ 1330 clocks if it clocks to 1350 it is faster then my card. But @ 1266mhz it's performance should fall short of that 980 but still beat 970.

But what is this Auto thing does it mess up with benchmarking or wot.

maybe it's a power limit kind of thing, memory consumes around 25-30w

Then AMD need to explain wtf that crossfire demo was about

Custom cooler with at least two fans and an 8pin power would make this card immensely more interesting. Can't wait for AIB reviews too. This GCN iteration seems the most radical one yet, btw. It even has extra scheduling hardware inside that can be updated via microcode (wtf).

Doesn't 1080 have better power efficiency because of gddr5x also then lets say 1070 in comparable performance bracket? If 1080 was downclocked or 1080 overclocked to match the other.
