It must not get hot where you live (like 100+ degrees farenheit). It was a good shade tree, and quite healthy and well trimmed. Too much rain and too much wind can wreck anything. Tree was 80 years old or better. Thanks for the advice though, it helped.
That was a joke obviously. It can get around 30c here in Finland (if we are lucky) and at worst we could get snow in June. Near 40c is obviously no go (though, probably there have been some kind of anomalies in the history).
