i guess this is oem stuff, it isn't even cheap, there are chinese heatsinks that at least are heatpipe based for less money
This must be something like max 45W TDP, because the AMD box cooler Wraith Stealth is larger then this and that was too noisy for my 5600g locked at 45W mediacenter. A old Intel box cooler with the copper core or heatpipe core would beat this easily, but I guess this is all about cost.
