Anyone know how to get Silent Hunter 3 to work at 1680x1050 with the GWX3 mod. I'm running vista x64. I've searched the intertubes an all I've come up w/ is the MS compatibility tool kit which hasn't worked thusfar. its PURE non wide screen sht.. i googled about it and found in ubisoft forums to fix this issue by EDITING some files... but it was damn year ago and i dont know the correct answer . i just know that u have to EDIT some files etc etc.
Grrr....I know there's a fix b/c when I played yrs ago I got it working(vanilla edition). Editing the config files does jack sh1t now. I will make this work tho because you gotta be smarter than the 1's and 0's
Silent Hunter 4 works fine on my 1920x1200 24 inch on win7 so get that but just make sure its all patched up with 1.4 being the latest I think
