I am upgrading my PC and I am getting
    1) Rosewill 700w PSU
    2) ASRock Z77 Extreme4
    3) CORSAIR Hydro Series H110 Water Cooler
I am want to upgrade my PC . I need to know is it worth crossfiring the 7850 2GB with another 7850 2GB or should I get another GPU? If I should get a new single GPU can you guys recommend me something that is within the price range of 150-250 that can out perform the 7850 2GB.

Unless you can get a second hand 7850 for dirt cheap I wouldn't bother to be honest. You can get a good 7950 for that sort of price range, but unless you're desperate for an upgrade it could be worth waiting for AMD's new line up to launch later this year.

Or that as someone else said, it would had to be dirt cheap to be worth it.

On a good day, a pair of HD7850s will match or beat any card you can snag for $250. Financially, going crossfire is a smarter move. The real question is do you want to deal with the potential issues and limitations that multi-GPU setups impose?

But if you wanted a single card for $250, either a GTX 760 or HD 7950 would be a good pick. Both cards are more or less even, and equally trade blows in games they aren't even in.

IF you choose to wait for Next AMD $250 card I think you have to wait for a while. You can google to confirm that normally Nvidia or AMD both release the Flagship card 1st.
Example HD 7970 was released on 21st December 2011, The HD 7950 was released on 30th December 2012, the 7770 and 7750 on 4th Feb 2012 , lastly HD 7870 and 7850 on March 4th, 2012. Only HD 7850 was the actual $250 price point card.

Recently , GTX 780 Was released on May 23 2013, GTX 770 was released on May 30th and the last GTX 760 was released on June 25th.

The Point is $250 card will be released at least 1-2 month later then the 1st release of the card. I for one agree with Lavans hare. X-fire is smart choice as the new driver is suppose to help X-fire issues, and the improvement will be at least 60-70%.

If you can Upgrade go for HD 7950 OC or GTX 760 OC edition you cant go wrong hare. Both will provide you average 57% improvement from your current card.
