Hey, i have an A7n8x-e mobo, and i wanted to know if a sempron S754 would fit on it, my room mate has a simillar mobo and he's running an sempron. Did they make semprons for Socket A and Socket 754?

I currently have an Ahtlon XP 2500+ and i want to get something over 3ghz with the semprons (since Athlon XPs are impossible to find)

No a S754 would not fit on your board!

Yes semprons were made in socket A form

I guess you could find socket A cpus on ebay but from retail its gonna be hard (in the UK aleast)

Your current XP2500+ is better than any Sempron processor with socket A mobo.
