Screenshot not working since installed windows 10

Hi, I installed Windows 10 in September, since then I'm unable to use the shortcut to take screen-capture (picture), I thinked that maybe it would be corrected at next MSI Afterburner Release, but in installed the 4.2.0 and the bug is still there... I checked the photo folder properties and authorisation (writing & reading) for my account are all active... Can you please help me ?

 

Which shortcut did you assign to take a screenshot?
Did you try another shortcut?

Do you have RTSS running in Background? do you have an OSD displayed when gaming?

Are you referring to taking a screenshot from desktop?
Did you check that there are no false recognized "3D applications" in the Info-dialog of MSI AB? (click on the big i and scroll down) You may need to add those false recognized applications to RTSS and set detection level to "none" and then restart RTSS once.
