Screen flickering issues in windows 10

Hey I just upgraded to windows 10 and every game I play has a screen flicker that shows the desktop for a split second whenever I left click. Only way I have been able to fix it so far is going full screen and going back into windowed mode. Launching in windowed mode does not fix the issue.
