Scanline Sync and Custom D3D support

    Hello everyone
    Can anyone can give me the value for my monitor : 1680x1050 60ghz Scanline sync? i tried every value

    but none of these work and the tearline still appear in middle of the screen( i forced off v-sync on Nvidia and

    run games in fullscreen mode)

    Second my RTSS doesnt work with any Application but the Global application and i dont know why is it?
