This looks great! There is no toxic masculinity in the game anymore, and it's all very inclusive and progressive. Just what I wanted! I love the wokeness industry.
Just put d3d11.dll and dxgi.dll from the x64 folder into the main game directory where SRTTR.exe is located. Hadn't played it in a while, just tried it and it runs smooth as butter with dxvk, better than SR3 and 4.
The released a 18 second long "teaser" that shows in game footage. Which, is quickly edited, so it's too little to give any idea about the game. CG trailer... meh. Those are normally outsourced to third party companies and made to try and look flashy. Spoken with far too many developers that have had CG trailers made for their games, and absolutely hated them. I'll wait for an in game trailer, or decent sized gameplay clip.

Story, artstyle, and the characters are just as important as gameplay to a lot of people. What they showed us isn't Saints Row. Even if you only played Saints Row 3 this still isn't Saints Row. Most saints row fans wanted a spiritual successor to 1&2 also. Oh AND also the devs in a live Q&A went on about how they're being more diverse and inclusive with the characters in the reboot as if for some reason the old games weren't diverse. The reboot trailer looks like a combination of Watch Dogs 2, Agents of Mayhem, and Fortnite. Nobody wanted that. **EDIT** I heard the gameplay is pretty standard and if you didn't know it was Saints Row you'd assume it was a GTA online expansion.
Just read the victim impact statements Yeah. It's exactly the same over the top ridic in-your-face Saints Row. Only with better graphics
I've played and finished both SR3 and 4, and especially liked SR3. But SR4 was alright also. I'll wait to see more gameplay footage, but it's interesting. If it differs from SR3 and/or 4 to be its own thing while rebooting the whole franchise then sure, I'm interested to see where they want to go with it.
So... I guess we're getting Woke Row instead of a Saints Row reboot. I mean after having huge ass bouncy boobs on high heels with 1m long dildo bats with (intended and making fun of) 90s action movies "masculinity" on steroids in previous games to... this. What kind of reaction did they expect, lol? When you do a complete 180 in your art direction and style. I'm really, REALLY curious what the extent of character customization will look like in this game. Good thing it's an EGS exclusive, as a fan of the old franchise, I won't be tempted in the least to get this.
The problem is that no one likes propaganda, be it far left or far right. But some studios have been so thoroughly indoctrinated, they can't even understand why there is a backlash.
Admittedly, I've never liked the humour of 3 and 4. It honestly felt too stupid to me. That said, I guess it was what made it stand out more for a lot of people.

Probably. But the game only supports ray-traced Ambient Occlusion, so it will have almost no difference in image quality. So we might just turn it of and gain a decent boost in frame rate.
