Ryzen 7 1700 or 1700X on $300

    like title said,which i should buy?
    The only different is 1700 has stock fan cooler.

    $269 for 1700 and $279 for 1700x Microcenter-Go for the better model brother 1700x will get you higher clocks out of the box-The money saved get urself a better cooler Like corsair h100i or similar.Thats what I would do at least. GL

    Do not buy anything at the moment prices jumped up again on ryzen and I have a felling they will go back down again, a trustworthy source told me thats in that field.

    Thanks alot for advice.
    It means i go to buy 1700X,because in mu town 1700X cheaper than 1700 with stock cooler.
    Not much,only 20$ cheaper.

    The 1700X is probably cheaper because online the 1700 is recommended over it for being better value (much cheaper). For those prices definitely go for the 1700X.

    I would go for 1700 X too , should be binned better than 1700 non X .
