I find the graphics in this to be underwhelming. That was literally the only good thing I had heard about this game but had to find out for myself. The character models are no better than those of Shadows of Mordor and the whole game is just a corridor, considering how little is happening you would think it would look a lot better.
Has anyone got SLI working properly with the Sleeping Dogs bits? I just get capped at 50fps and 50% GPU usage on both, so it's just spreading the load to both but not exceeding what I get if I run a single GPU?
the only regret for me here is that there is no cryengine editor this time around, that was probably the best thing about original crysis and warhead, that and mod support
I had a great time playing through this and yes the fighting does get a little bit old after a few more hours would have loved to see if u could unlock more combo's and more brutal ways to kill your enemies but it didnt. Yet I loved the story telling it was fast paced and it was pretty hard to quit the game even tho the fov was far from perfect. I do believe that if you want a epic story telling single player hack n slash game with a bit of nostalgia this is your game. Do believe that dice struck a fine balance between story telling and non stop action through out the game and it did deliver a satisfying feeling at the end of it
hi everyone, I installed ryse on my system and with max setting , resolution 1680*1050 I get around 42fps!! cpu is 3570k, vga 760gtx, 8gb ram is this ok with my config?
yes triple buffer works by putting the line in system.cfg not autoexec.cfg.. seems autoexec doesnt work.
I've played Xone version. Although PC supports higher resolution, this version seems blurred , with lower contrast of black tones. My 750ti doen't hold 30fps @1080p. 900P runs ok enough. From Brazil
I am getting between 49 frames and 60 frames on my card. I think it is the double buffering but I put the command in system.cfg to make it borderless windowed and it worked....but the frame rate is simply unlocked with vsync off in game and with it on in game it is still double buffered even with borderless windowed. Either that or it runs bad on my card...which I find hard to believe when Shadow of Mordor looks better and has 20x as much happening on screen.
Is this tool still necessary on windows 8.1? That tool is 2 years old, is it still needed or did nvidia/windows sort it out?
It's still needed, Nvidia have said they plan to sort this with a driver update later this year, no idea why it's taking them so long though.
Cool, I always thought I had it fixed with the rgb setting in nvcp, good to know it is actually fixed now.
