Many will think that is the lottery ;) it's not entirely true.
Hard work (Tweak & Mods) can do miracles.
Every PC is different, so everybody need to learn & go try/error path :D

Any help with this? Today all settings were reset again. Any way to make them permanent.

I vaguely remember hearing Sapphire cards have more issues with WattMan settings not sticking than others but don't quote me on that.

FWIW my RX 480 is a Sapphire model and it resets its WattMan settings every time I put the computer to sleep, which is incredibly annoying as I rely on sleep mode a ton.

What I'm saying, is that my results (V56) are better than yours (V56) on 3dMark FS in all aspects/tests except the Combined test, where I'm severely lacking.

I can't find an explanation for this and I'm really curious.

No, this driver is a little slower for me, almost 28k ;)
Hmm, This is my new Best Overall Score ! 20341
I have the same settings as the summer test.
Now with better RAM is a little slower (driver is slower)
Tess= x8 (rest as default/High settings towards the Quality in Adrenalin)

    PS.
    Now i have full version.
    Run through Steam.

Last screen from Summer run (same settings)

You can get you key off of steam and just put it in the standalone 3dmark under options. And then you no longer need to run it through steam.

I have downloaded from Our Guru3D link (4GB file)

    I thought i can beat 28.5k ;)

Just means you do not have to have the steam processes running and also it will not re-install the VCredstrib on each time you start 3dmark as it does on steam.

I am looking into watercooling my Vega64 now.
Right now it has Morpheus II and 2x120mm fans. Which is really good, but I want to take out max performance from my Vega and keep it safe and cool.
I am looking into a EK nickel waterblock. My question is, what kind of pump+reservoir and radiator I need to look for?
How big the reservoir should be and if the 240mm radiator is enough for max performance or should I look for a bigger one?
    I do have a Fractal R5 case.

I was looking for this pump/res combo, but is it enough or do I need bigger reservoir and more powerfull pump?
