I find that memory frequency was drop from 945 to 800 sometimes when I playing games or do a stress test and then it causes a black screen. It happens even in default clock. How can I fix it? MSI Airboost Vega 56 (flashed 64)

it's not Samsung HBM that's why, Try go for Default CLocks and test.
Or BIOS is not comatibile 100%
    Maby try different BIOS?

If it's dropping to 800 under full load, it's not stable. Black screen just confirms it. Happened to me if I overclocked memory too high. Try default bios.

I flashed 56 bios. Now my vram frequency is normal but my power consumption has a problem. When I playing games, it has some frames that my power go down to 1-20 watt immediately. Because of that, it causes a gpu stuttering. What is going on with my vega?

Haha! That's actually the best you can do. Buy 6600xt which is faster, and cheaper :)

^^ It's High/Med -> Try some of it at Ultra or Extreme.
    Textures for example...

Dont forget to have HBCC on to 12g, normally it improves the low frames.

I redid the tests with HBCC enabled (12GB) and all settings in the Extreme, in FullHD resolution, thanks to everyone for the tips.
