Hello everyone, I am the owner of a Asus Vega 64 and I participate in the distributed computing project at mersenne.org, that searches for the largest known prime numbers. I keep a benchmark list for the OpenCL program gpuowl (Linux and Windows). Since I couldn't find a user in the associated forum mersenneforum.org who owns a Vega56, I ask the Vega56 users in the forum whether they can create a gpuowl-benchmark (first 300000 iterations) for me, because this card is very strong in OpenCL performance for a consumer card. You can use Linux or Windows-version, the values should only differ by a few percent. The Linux version is around 5-10% faster. Both version should works without any further installation effort. The benchmark will take a maximum of 10 minutes. The gpuowl program only needs to be started in the command line (CMD) or linux-shell with the following parameters.
gpuowl -iters 300000 -prp 77936867
Fastest Windows Version (with Proofs)
Linux binary version Ubuntu 18.04
Downloadlink for benchmark-List .ods sheet (with no macros)
V56, flashed with an XFX V64 BIOS, 1672P7, 1100HBM
Thank you, that was quick, the values are very close to Vega64 with 1161 us/it
