I picked up a Gigabyte RX Vega 64 to replace my old R9 390.

When I turn on computer it loads fine, but I get lock ups when I play any video or surf web sites that have video, tried multiple browsers... Chrome, Edge, Firefox and explorer, all do it...

But If I reboot the computer it's fine after restart, only does it from a cold boot.. so basically I have to power up then reboot the computer to fix the issue.

    My specs are..

Asus Rog maximus IX Hero motherboard.
    Intel i7 7700K @ 5Ghz (Water Cooled)
    2x G.Skill DDR4 F4-3200C16-8GTZ memory
    Gigabyte RX Vega 64
    Corsair RM 850x Power supply

I've tried all released drivers for the RX Vega 64 currently using latest 17.8.2
I also tried not O.C. the system same issue..

    Any ideas?

It's a bug with hardware acceleration in your browser settings. We all getting it, disable it until we get a driver fix.
