    Hello...

So, last few weeks I have big problems with my system.
Drivers are constantly crashing when playing game with message "We detected a driver timeout..."
Tried all drivers from 1.3 to 2.5...
Performance in lets say in Sniper: Ghost Warrior Contracts, (first game) is from 20 to 75 FPS with stutteing and GPU usage around 50%; first mission it is arround 20 at same place where on youtube video same card have cca 80

Tried Furmark and it crashed 5 times before it lasted for three minutes...
On 1.3 version it works best but also crashes after time in games.
And 1.3 vs 2.5 in Far Cry benchmark is differenc cca 40 FPS?!?

CPU and graphics card are NOT overclocked!!
    CPU is Ryzen 3600

Would it be graphics card or power supply?
I will try to reinstall windows but I doubt that there is a problem...

It could be that you are reaching TJ Max of the GPU.

81° is for the core and it's high.
You need to see what is the Junction Temperature as-well.
Use the Radeon Control panel for that.

Temps are good; but look at this, 45% usage @878 MHz. 60 and junction 60

Snowrunner also droping into 30s with FPS

    Resoltuion is 2560x1080

But in example Days Gone is working great but I got stuttering

But again after some time CTD and temps are same!

    Ur PSU suck/dying
    This is root of issue.

    Lill edit.
I know hw sensor reading software can be buggy, but your 12V rail seems ranged 11.77v(in stress, below specs) to 12.14V.
Use multimeter to get real reading from 12V to be sure, but as I see it, PSU SUCK.
And yea, that can cause stutter, bsods, fps drops etc.

ATX 12V rail specs: +11.40 V to +12.60 V, so not below ATX specs. And his minimum voltage on 12V rail was 11.72, not 11.77.

Whether this is the root cause of his problems depends on components used on his card. The most disturbing is not the minimal 12V voltage, but voltage drop by 0.42V. That might be the indication of a PSU problem, which once again may or may not be the cause of his issues.

    IMhO it's not PSU.
Try different drivers, no DDU for starters (last resort).

Do Clean install w/Keep my settings ;)
If not work for the first time try again.
21.4.1 WHQL shold be first tor try.
