    Hello everyone!

Got lucky and snatched an RTX 3080 Eagle OC.
These are its board power specs:

    Board power limit - Target: 340.0 W Limit: 340.0 W Adj. Range: -71%, +0%

Afterburner cannot change its power slider to more than 100%.
Found a bios over at techpowerup for the RTX 3080 Gaming OC that changes board power to this:

    Board power limit - Target: 370.0 W Limit: 370.0 W Adj. Range: -73%, +0%

Has anyone tried to flash the card and see what happens?

    Hi there

I flashed my Palit RTX 3090 GamingPro with several BIOS, tried like Gigabyte 390W BIOS, KFA2 390W BIOS, Kingpin 520W BIOS and now I'm running Kingpin XOC 1000W BIOS

Most of 2 8 pin BIOS should be compatible or you can use on your RTX 3080, flashing 3 8pin BIOS on 2 8pin GPU it will result in lower performance

    Hope this helps

    Thanks, Jura

@IceVip I had same card and flashed same bios, it will increase power usage to 360W at most.
If it's worth it, it's up to you. In games it's extra 1-3fps.

So, did it work with the gaming OC BIOS? Have anyone tried the Aorus 3080 Master BIOS? It has 1845 MHz and it has 2*8 pin connectors

Could you show some pictures of your Eagle OC with the Gaming OC BIOS?
