has to test it more though.it seems stable so far,but only played one level of quantum break. if not im happy with the previous 930mv and 1950mhz,it already showed performace increase and power reduction.
Best game to test stability is CP2077 for me, it would crash quickly when you push the core even 15mhz too high.
Maybe thats why rebar firmware ant showing , thanks for that info, don't know why i did'nt realise that ,
Noticed you have watercooled you're 3090, any idea where i can find a 3060ti waterblock? As so far my loop is a mess due to me upgrading from a gigabyte g1 GTX980 ti watercooled with the EKblock
I think Bykski might just have the WB for your 3060Ti Full cover waterblock for Gigabyte 3060Ti Gaming
Same here since @Dragam1337 mentioned to me he uses it for his 3090 to test By the way, he is a cracking bloke and he has helped me many times and always gets things fixed Actually if it was not for him helping in ways beyond what even my family can do i would not be typing this now
Thanks i have contacted them as the Gigabyte Aorus Elite 3060 ti rev2 model is'nt listed on that page in the compatible section.
just downloaded metro ee, it's 74GB 1980MHz @893mV vram at 16gbps got 66fps avg. 1440p DLSSQ Ultra shading + Ultra RT + ray traced reflections card runs between 160-190W
what are you guys getting in division 2 benchmark ? I found this very useful cause this game seems to stress the card particularly hard,im getting higher power readings than any other games, including ray traced. got 88fps avg stock,94fps avg @893mv 1965mhz UV w. +1000 vram clock 1440p Ultra preset dx12 low latency on looks in line with tom's results Spoiler
I've noticed Division 2 really hammers my i9 10900K compared to any other game. Usually the hottest core hits 70C at all 5Ghz.
LOL would you believe this ... I play Euro Trucks Simulator 2 MP and set the settings to 400% render res (1080p) well was trucking along at 143fps and looked at the rtss osd and gpu core was 85c!! ...effin ell jeff Hotspot got to 96c hehe, fans only went to 50% so i set the fans at solid 70% and it went back down to 64c
have a look guys division 2 is pure torture for gpus I settled for 1935MHz at 900mv,whereas in other games 1965 at 893 is stable. look at temps and power load on the slot and pci-e connector. are they fine ? this is 20 minutes in the open world.fans on auto. Spoiler 893mv 1935,seems to have less power throttling, max power draw just 2w down.zero any change in performance.that's that highest im gonna try for division 2 I think, might try 1950 but what difference will that 15MHz make. Spoiler
looks ok to me , wouldnt push it further for the 15mhz increase though. also now work at tidying the fan curve abit more and should be golden!
after so tampering and testing ive managed to find these sweet spot settings- For mining settings are- Core voltage +60 Core clock -502 Memory clock +1255 Power Limit 65 Latest NBminer on my LHRV2 i get 48mh/s-58Mh/s ETHASH For Games settings are- Core voltage +100 Core Voltage +125 Memory clock +500 Power limit +125 Temp Limit 90 This is on my Gigabyte Aorus Elite RTX 3060 Ti Rev2 Still hav'nt managed to find a waterblock for it as only one from Bkyski supports the gigabyte oc / normal and master cards. They want pictures of the pcb to see if it's compatible but i ant taking my card apart for that.
How people have the cheek to talk about mining on a hardware enthusiasts forum is beyond me Just jog on already and post it somewhere else
Guys i have a question, i ve been having a headache about when and what to upgrade to from my i7 6700k / rx 580 rog stryx 8gb, im really in limbo right now, as 3060ti are expensive as hell and getting an 8 core cpu won t get me much difference compared to the 6700k which is still a beast , managing 100 fps on warzone.so im really running like a headless chicken lol googling what s best without breaking the bank
