Well, I RMA'd whole PC (I mean I paid for tech check in the shop where I bought parts). They ran FurMark, occt and burn test and said PC is running stable (apparently yes, in FurMark there are no frametime spikes). Anyway I'm still getting microstutters/hitching/hiccups in CS:GO and PUBG.

They are most frequent in the beginning of the game - it's like something is "loading". Later on they happen randomly.

Meanwhile I tried installing nvme ssd (samsung evo) - nothing changed. I also tried running pc at my parents home - no result.

My next step would be changing parts: I'll swap asrock mobo to Gigabyte Aorus Master, RAM to 3200 mhz or faster /32 GB. I dont know what to do with GPU - I thought about changing to MSI Rtx 2080 Trio, but I noticed that there are many people complaining about stuttering on that card too. Any tips?

    Thanks for all support.

Recently updated to Win 10 1903 and started getting stutters. Previously was butter smooth.

I will fully reinstall my windows this weekend, for the latest 1903.

It can be something wrong with DPC latency with Nvidia drivers.

(answer from NV_Tim - Community Manager there - 'We had sent the previous findings to our GRD team. Thanks for posting this again.')

EDIT: But it could also be bad SSD or something maybe.
