RTSS Scanline sync not working on dx12 games?

    im trying to setup scanline sync in world of warcraft, in dx11 using -30 value on my 1080p screen it works but the performance of the game in dx11 is way worse, in dx12 it doesnt work, it caps the fps but the scanline is going crazy arround all the screen, also the genius devs of wow deleted the full screen mode and now is always windowed full screen, dont know if this is causing it, also i tryed with that flush command in cfg but doesnt help either

    Scanline sync is 3D API agnostic, it works fine with D3D12. If there is too much jitter in tearline position in this game on you system, it can only mean that GPU render time is too high in this application for your system, so it is too heavy for ssync. Cannot add anything else to it.

    I have just wasted the entire evening trying to run this piece of broken cr4p on a Vulcan-based game.
    Either I AM DUMB AS FK or this piece of ^@$# is broken!
