RTSS and Razer Cortex Issue

I have RTSS version 7.0.2 and now with Razer Cortex with trying to launch it Cortex will not open with error:
"Razer Central has stopped working please wait while Windows reports the problem to Microsoft". If I close RTSS I can then open Cortex however I want to be able to have RTSS as I use it to limit FPS to 141 for GSync.

If I also close RTSS and then launch Cortex while its running the minute I open RTSS then Cortex will give same error and shut down. Anyone else experiencing the same issue? I have vid to show by link below also:
