Well it depends... Software is one of best. RMA works same way as for others. As for famous scroll wheel. I had Kone (1st original), I am more than abusive and it lasted for 3 years till I broke it. At that time micro switches were in 100% condition like 1st day. If it was not for scroll wheel I would have it till today.
I've got a Roccat Kova+ and Roccat Arvo. Neither one has software that works properly in Windows8.x. I contacted Roccat about the issues with their software and was told "We haven't seen any issues in our testing". Fact is, they haven't done any testing. If they had, they'd have seen the exact same issues. Installing the software for the Arvo causes the "mode" switch to function intermittenly and the caps lock key to stick on. These 2 issues make the keyboard completely unusable. Remove the software, and everything works fine.
