I like it, except for the fact that like all other competitors they put the media keys on the right. WHY?! Almost everyone uses the keyboard with the left hand and the right hand is busy with the mouse. Anyway, I'm not buying a keyboard again unless the caps are double shot.
Yeah Corsair in general seems to be really stumbling recently. Hardware errors and trying to work around them through some firmware update and then the Cue and iCue software just getting worse and sometimes there's no changelog at all. This keyboard does look pretty nice so might be time to consider a different company for the next mouse and keyboard change. Raised keys so probably a good idea to have a compressed air can or a tool for popping them off when cleaning it though I kinda like the design myself other than that minor issue.
I have media keys on mine, and I do not remember using them. Only special key I do use is one disabling <WIN> key. But I sometimes use volume scroll wheel, it takes more time to use it as I can click faster on control and move slider with mouse. But this scroll wheel is metallic and has really nice response :F To keyboard in OP, It is really lovely looking. It is so lovely that I am afraid, I would spend more time looking at it and less looking at screen So, it is not for me.
But @fox, think of all the money you might save on games. I just would like to know how durable the keyword will be. I really want one now.
Im a big fan of ROCCAT products, this looks sweet. But like others have mentioned,I wonder how well it handles the dust issue. Also no mention of water resistence/splash proof.
