rivatuner,why my don't have 'profile'?

Hi, i need rivatuner to underclock my computer, in tutorial screen its this :


have the green '+' to add a profile(in driver settings), but in my rivatuner, DON'T , look :


why the green '+' miss in my rivatuner?
