Apparently not. Uninstall, reboot and reinstall.

What are you expecting to observe and 2nd what settings did you adjust?
Did you install RTSS only or together with MSI AB?
Do you want MSI AB, HWInfo, etc. to display OSD by RTSS or the own RTSS statistics only?

So many questions and no information what you actually did and what you want to accomplish.

RTSS on its own isn't going to show much, unless you enable "show own statistics" in the RTSS options.

As mentioned by Andy_K above, the primary use of RTSS when it comes to an in-game OSD, is to be used by MSI Afterburner. So you either need to enable "show own statistics" to get a minimal OSD in RTSS, or use Afterburner to get a full featured OSD. In Afterburner, you need to enable the things you want to show up in the OSD in Afterburner's options.

Hey I can answer all of these questions if you can help me diagnose why RTSS won't run in any of my games. I have the latest stable version of RTSS and MSIAB. I primarily used RTSS's Framwrate limiter and frametime graph to make sure my siege gameplay didn't act up. I have a 1080 OC'ed to stable Max, 8700K at 5 with under stress peaking at 50. I reset my bios one time and since then can't figure out why RTSS doesn't work. I made a thread and got no actually helpful responses. How can I figure out what might be the problem since my siege runs over 240 and need RTSS over G-sync due to it's minimal latency. If you know how to cap frames with lower latency or better alternative let me know.

In MSI AB: do you have some sources set to monitor and checked option to display in OSD?
Did you enable the RTSS option "Show own statistics" in global or at least in the game profile? You should at least enable this option to see something in the OSD.

While running siege, switch to MSI AB, click on the i (info), and in the dialog scroll down. Are there active 3D apps wrongly listed along with your game?
If so, you need to add exlusions to RTSS by shift+click on the button Add and leaving the checkmarks on all entries you want to be excluded. For your game there has to be no checkmark, you don't want to exclude it.

Check in RTSS if the coordinates for the OSD (lower right) and the anchor point are correct and not translating the OSD out of sight.
