    Hi,

I will try to explain my issue in the greatest detail possible:

I have set up 3 profiles, one for my MAX overclock, one for my default 3d clocks and one for my default 2d clocks. I have set up a threshold on the hardware acceleration in hardware monitor for 2d clocks from 0.5 and under and 3d clocks from 0.5 and over. My MAX overclock is assigned to a hotkey only, I'm not trying to automate this one.

When I launch a 3D app (FurMark, for example), my clocks go from the 2D clocks to the 3d clocks as the hardware accel goes from 0 to 1, but in the other direction, when I close FurMark, my clocks to not come down as the threshold goes from 1 to 0. They will come down on their own shortly afterwards (due to nvidia setting perhaps?) by going from 3d clocks, to low power 3d clocks, then to 2d clocks.

I have googled it to the extreme and also searched these forums to no end for a solution.

    Help is appreciated!

    Using Rivatuner 2.24c

If you need more info just ask.

    Thanks,

I believe the Nvidia drivers dictate when the clock switching occurs.
