So that is why 980 fares so well against Fury X that is also a 4gb card. What is this nonsense you are spouting about. I mean... Seriously?

Well i am sure AMD is working on a driver for the game, but lets face it they an't the fastest in brining out drivers for newer games typically, nVidia tend to be **** hot especially on nVidia designed games like this on the other hand.

Of course the drivers from nVidia have the profile created while AMD's driver is from 08/01/2016 so clearly no profile or optimizations in the game yet.

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but the sli hack has worked beautifully. With my 2 980 tis, I am getting 45+ and a lot of times a steady 60 fps in 4k with everything up but AA, motion blur, and vingette blur, which I turn off. Game looks and plays very well.

No ways in hell that the 970 should be faster than the Fury.

    Fiji downgraded lol

There is clearly something weird going on, because some sites show the Fury X faster than the Ti (PC Perspective). There is obviously some configuration issue that's causing AMD's cards to have problems on certain setups -- they also seem to have way higher frame variance. I'm sure it's a game related thing that will eventually be patched.

I should also point out it looks like that Soviet benchmark kind of skews everything.

Most reasonable way to see it imho. If you don't want to go that route, be prepared to pay for nvidia's stuff, but as long as everybody is well aware of their own decision, nothing is wrong with either.

Pascal is greatly needed to fix this "1080p only game" :D

I am not sure what's happening with the reviews for this game. This video comparison has Fury X slightly slower than Titan X and even better for some duration(the glowstick and hieroglyph part)

Curious if someone can run processor lasso and tie the game to 1x core then to 1x core + HT what would the difference be? In other benchmarks on this forum, the real cores vs core + HT always wins out.

Wait..so basically 16.1.1 does nothing? I want to get this but i have a backlog and will most likely wait till performance numbers have increased for my oc'd 290x.
