If Nvidia did what amd did, everyone here would be talking about how desperate they are and how unfair this is to reviewers and consumers etc etc etc.
The normal reaction to market pressure is to cut prices. Not force everyone to bios flash their own cards to force a factory OC that they could have done themselves anyway. I doubt their OEM partners are happy with this either especially when they were planning their own Factory OC cards, which now don't have the same margin available as before.

If you look at newegg a lot of the cards are delayed till tomorrow or even the 27th. Not the smoothest launch, and I'm sure it was a pain in the butt for reviewers.

Hey boss is there any way you could start including 0.1% lows in the charts in the future? Max isnt so important as most with a FS/GS monitor will frame limit but the 0.1% low would make a huge difference when paired with a lot of the VRR monitors that have the range start at 40Hz.

Got a deal on a mint condition RX 580 8GB. Warranty included. 100€. Not mined on it.
    Enough for 1080p.
Yeah, I am a bit "stupid" and " dumb" but I will not jump in this bandwagon just because.
I have bills to pay, a car to fix and live.
Both AMD and Nvidia will prosper without me buying their latest and greatest.
    This is getting ridiculous.

Basically an OC'd AIB model and as such a valid performance comparison would be made against OC'd competitor models .
It is good to see review sites that use reference models as their base evaluation statistic comment about this, and use the original bios for that purpose.

Pretty much sums it up nicely.
I love tech and innovations, I own an AMD 3700X.
    But this launch...

It’s disappointing as the product itself is very good.

over 13% difference and not every AIB gets the speed increase. that really sucks.

Now that was scratching the itchy. That I somehow suspected and not having enough data and ways of putting in one coherent phrase.
But this video does it and takes it at another level.
Not bashing AMD , I am pissed at their fumbling with a good silicon and handling it so clumsy.
Reminds me of the Raja mishandling a RX 480 while giving it to Linus and the card just dropped on the floor.
The awkward situation cringed me to no end

I'd just spend $20 more and get a RTX 2060. Don't have to put up with black screens or downclocking issues, you don't have to BIOS flash or worry that your memory is going to crap out because MSI couldn't properly validate it. The KO variant gets workstation performance boosts. You get VRS/DLSS/RTX/Mesh Shaders, a better video encoder, better VR features, VRR support, etc.

I would also get a rtx2060 if the card was 300$ but its not.

You keep saying this. In the other thread you literally said it was non-existent and I linked you two places where it's $300:

    https://www.newegg.com/evga-geforce...iption=2060&cm_re=2060-_-14-487-488-_-Product

Here is a third. In stock can get it shipped my house tomorrow.

Perhaps it's not similarly priced in whatever country but to say you can't get them at all for $300 just isn't accurate.

Can you find any computer parts in Serbia for the "across the ocean" retail price?
