But since price of the B650 with the non E and the E tend to fade, the B650E get more interesting and still cover 90% of the needs for even less money...

    Isn't AIDA64 Memory bandwidth low for a ddr5 6000mhz, the read especially?
    Is EXPO enabled?

My XMPII on a ddr5 6000 read is about 94k mb and write about 90k mb

reminder that amd chose to impair the performance of their memory writes with their memory controllers by limiting the write bits to half the read bits.

competitive with what ? z790 version is $80 less. You just lost a 1TB ssd or 16GB of memory.

Hmmm you must check SSD prices the sn570 2tb costs 80 euros here so it has to be same in USD or even cheaper there ! Ssd prices are on a freefall ! Hallelujah!

    yup.
    already got one sn570 1tb.
next one I'm buying is going to need to be faster. dram cache and pcie4 maybe.
I just got a 3600 c16 32GB ram kit for 70 eur, it'd be a waste not to buy it. memory and storage are really cheap these days.

Honestly I do not need it but I might snatch a 2tb one to fill my 4x mb slot and move my 980 1tb to the 2x. Pci3 slot :p both will do fine for fast storage and dram does not seem to matter for game loading times ... writing speeds ... I do not really care !

I want a dedicated DirectStorage games pcie4 1TB, the rest will be normal 3.0 as outside of DS it will never matter what interface the drive is for game loading times, only the nand and controller.

With what cpu? Single ccd have lower reads. I have 64k with ddr5 6000.
