If he'd bring up SLI...well, he might have a smidgen of a point. Carrying his logic to the extreme, it would be a better GPU with 12GB of memory on a 768 bit bus running at 10ghz.

XD, why not?, price?... my freaking $80 buck hd4670 was 128bit eight freaking years ago!.

When was the last time you tried to play on 2gb?. You guys seem out of touch.

Considering my expectations of the performance of a GXT 950, I would not be surprised. I would adjust the settings as would any 'in touch' person knowing the rendering capability of the product. The HD 4670 was a bit over 25 GB/sec memory bandwidth. The GTX 950 is over 105 GB/sec.

If you think one must stick to fugly medium textures from day one on our spanking new budget gaming cards, then we are not in the same page, not even the same dimension.

If you're expecting mid level gaming performance from an entry level "budget" gaming card you're just plain silly. If you desire higher frame rates and more eye candy, buy a higher end product. It is that simple. End of discussion.

Since when one has to stick to fugly textures on budget brand new gaming cards?... I don´t get this guys. I really feel sorry for that kid selling his 960 because newer games need more vram, see:

Nope. 950SLI is slightly slower than 690. No more than 2GB is needed.

I did say 'a smidgen'. SLI 950 could possibly use somewhat over 2GB effectively. And I'm pretty sure there were a few complaints about the 690 not having enough VRAM.

C´mon, are you for real?. Look at the pauses:

    2:35
    4:12
    4:43
    5:15
    5:35

It´s evident Gm206 lacks proper bus and memory for the times. And as per your ideas I should have no problem playing f1 2015, because 2gb are plenty... Oh wait!:

I am pleased to see SLI on lower spec cards its about time. I agree price is high
but if you don't have much this will be a good option when the price drops.

    Thanks for the review HH
