In this review, we look at the Fractal Design Celsius S24 LCS, the smaller liquid cooing kit armed with two pre-installed 120mm fans. Unlike many other AIOs, the S24 Celsius comes with no attached or ...

I got this thing for being very quiet and its fans. They are really quiet at low rpm. I have same in Case (3x). Except that those 3 in case (front intake) are not PWM.
Having 5x same fan in PC gives it very thin frequency noise and as such it is less annoying when audible.

Loudest thing in my PC now is Fan in PSU (when it is spinning) and 2nd loudest is old 1TB 3.5'' HDD.

@Hilbert Hagedoorn On page 7 and 8, the temp graphs are titled 4790k instead of 1700x.

Fractal has been my go-to AIO since they started using standard fittings for an easily customized install. and they are whisper quiet while taking up less space than the Noctua or other "big air" coolers.
but for my own computers (not my presents) i take the time to build and maintain a closed loop...especially for SFF where i can use a chunky 120mm, but not a 240.
