In this article, we review the Cougar Terminator Gaming Chair, which is the third gear of its kind to be reviewed on Guru3d. The chair's design is sleek and eye-catching, with the Cougar logo embroid... Review: Cougar Terminator gaming chair
So... is a cougar termintor a female terminator that's still in good shape, or is it the Terminator of all the cougars? I'm confused, and I don't dare to look at the pictures at work.
Maybe they should make chairs that you cant sit on for more than one hour without getting up and walk around for a bit. Or force you to go outside? Might help with our health insurance costs. (snack sales will probably suffer, as will soft drinks)
There is so many interesting chairs, as a simmer I would appreciate lockable wheels, very uncommon :/
total fail too expensive for pleather and not comparable to better chairs in the price rage - see X-Chair
I stopped reading when I saw the price, 800 euros for this?! Even 400 would be too much... Also, from now on I have to remember not to make Hilbert angry otherwise I'm done...
My problem with gaming chairs is that this shouldn't be reviewed by tech press but by doctors or someone that can understand about posture, anything can be comfortable enough for a while but the product need to adapt to many body shapes and that is something gaming chair brands don't invest in. the must comfortable (in the time) chair i have used was a chair i left in mom house years ago that was from the 70s, it was a normal office chair but for my body type it was just perfect.
It looks like a mix of an office chair and a gaming chair which is a good idea on paper as expensive office chairs are way better than cheaper gaming chairs. Like i said on paper these should be good but not at that price, i'd pay £300 tops for it.
And plastic wheels on a 800 $ chair is wow! At this price I would expect tubeless wheels with Bentley rims!
These gaming chairs always get a total panning here, especially if they're expensive, and this one is no different, they're always overpriced.
Looks hideous, looks like it's not durable at all like all other "gaming" chairs, but it did look like it could have (temporarily until it degrades) passable ergonomics. But I'm not paying $800 USD+ to try an ugly chair made of plastic.
Just from looking at it I can tell is as shitty as all the other "gaming" chairs because of those "wings" (curvature at the edges).... I'm not going to take sharp curves in a vehicle at 100+km/h, I don't need any kind of lateral support for f.... sake... Instead, those "wings" collide with my arms, pushing them forward in a shitty and uncomfortable position... how do I know? because I have one of these "gaming" chairs... why do I have one? cus there is no other chair in my god dammed country that can fit a 1.9m tall male... heck, I'm not even that tall... PS: yes, I'm bitter, sorry for the rant
