At AMD drivers right?
AMD really failed here. At time NDA ended, our shops started to list cards from several manufacturers (read sticker slappers). They had quite many.
I ordered mine after very quick view how it does and on what software.
Now, at this moment, I am not even sure if I got my reservation as it is not confirmed yet.
And no cards available, only count of how many are incoming in few days.
Looks like AMD decided to pull them back for few days... Maybe there will be another re-launch with re-brand and re-duced price?
In 90% of the games outthere fury is behind 980Ti , soften the differences are really huge. An overclocked GTX980 (GM204) is often faster than Fury.
Don't worry, he's only joking
Don't worry, he'll pop a vein.
i dont often write here
btw fyi hilbert you forgot to mention HEVC and VP8 decoding in hardware
anywell, have a nice night
or the local distributor got funky? wait a few days and see how it is, here in norway you will have to wait atleast 2-3 days until every store has them in their price lists and such. the prices will also stable lice
Check this link out. I've been using them ever since Frozen went on vacation. Their customer service is probably the best I have ever delt with, second only to Amazon. I highly recommend them.
Take a look on all the Benchmarks. Most customers are more than just disappointed (PCGH, PCLAB, PUREPC, FRAZ, CB etc)
This card is a fail in compare to GTX980TI
OC vs OC
No, this is not the same Benchmark.
and GTX980 can handle easily + 200-300MHZ
...will not be easy for AMD
....but i wish AMD all the best for the future and 16nm
I like it.
That is a great site. I've been ordering from them for years. I highly recommend them too. Also very nice to see AMD bring something can compete with the 980 Ti, although I couldn't use it very well in my current case due to the cooling solution they chose if I were to upgrade. But it's no where near the Titan X killer they claimed it to be.
Sry i posted the wrong link :
If someone find Reviews OC vs OC or with non-reference cards, please post.
Sry ones again for my english.
Overclockers dream? Overclockers nightmare more like it i'm afraid. Didn't really expect different since still on 28nm and bigger chip but this was much hyped.
While the Fury X is not what we thought it would be, I do think the design behind it is going to go far.
Think back to the HD 4 series. The 4870 was the first card to have Gddr5 memory. AMD/ATI at the time set a memory standard with GDDR5. The actual GPU was not all that much faster than the 3870, but killed it in memory intensive tasks.
While this card might not be the performance king we were lead to believe it would be, I think its true purpose is to test the waters with new memory technologies again.
As i said the differences are very often very big.

it liquid cooled it better be that low, performance isnt mindblowing it on par with 980ti for what i can see and isnt this supposed to go up again the titan x?
While it is not a rule that you cannot post reviews and benchmarks from other sites, it is a little tasteless and disrespectful to Hilbert and Guru3d to post benchmarks from another site in the same topic discussing the benchmarks produced by Guru3d.
No, was meant to compete against GTX 980....then NVIDIA released the 980 Ti
rofl I hope not, need to do the 980 ti purchase fast. o,O
I think the 980 ti is in the exact right price point tbh... nvidia is an a$$ if they increase it any further.
They "overclocked" Fury X by 7.14% and Firestrike went up by 0.94%/0.84%. Can you make theory why so poor reaction?
My Polish is not exactly stellar, but were they actually using Overdrive together with Afterburner?
And btw, are you trying to pull something here? Like starting some flame war?
To others: Is BF4 still using Mantle or they disabled it? I would like to see how well/badly Fury X does in it.
I'll have to install it just to see how it does now.
Its the retailers that do this not nvidia
