Hey, how has everyone been since my last visit? So here's the issue: I'm running the specs at left into a 2007 model 20" LG Flatron via DVI-D to VGA, (since the monitor only has DVI, not DVI-D), and every Catalyst version from 11.6 on up locks my monitor on 1280x1024. Windows displays the correct 1680x1050, but it's stretched beyond the edges of my monitor. Does anyone know if it's a problem with the digital-to-analog conversion causing this, or is it just outdated hardware that I'll have to save up to replace?
It does have DVI, but not the DVI-D that my GPU has. If I can track down an adapter, I'll be testing that.

A simple DVI-D cable fixed the problem. Seems it was an error in the digital-to-analog conversion. Now running the 11.9RC drivers just fine.
