I finished it in 20, and that's at a slow pace, and I think I passed all the available areas.
y'all should see this game with HDR on , amazing stuff
Respect to Capcom's PC ports, they are optimized so well.
Looks like some toning down of the corpse dismemberment is a thing (in the demo anyway) - Quick and dirty comparison vid:
Took me about 40 minutes.
DX12 still has some minor hitches here and there. DX11 is flawless.
Hitches aside, does DX11 also have better performance (higher frames) with Nvidia?
Dunno, it ran at 4K/60 on a 2080Ti maxed out. VRAM in the menu says ~13GB but in-game it never goes above 10GB, just like RE 2 remake.
That's good to know. I made sure I stayed on High (4GB)
This game fits the ''corona virus mood'' perfectly.
Max it out, don't worry it's silky smooth.
You can use 8gb textures even on 8gb cards with the rest of the settings maxed out. Demo runs great like that but we'll see how the full game runs with those settings.
Saw a guy saying ISLC causes stutters in this game and he was right, DX12 runs fine without it, lol.
I wonder if is the standby list cleanup or the timer resolution tweak that causes it.
Standby cleaner, i don't use the timer resolution.
PSA: This game and its demo are not discord overlay friendly.
cool, downloading now!
Runs fine, the same as Re2 remake,
I used 6GB textures and it didn't hitch, cap was ~4.8GB and 2880x1620 dsr.. But aliasing is terrible, shame.. it kills the beauty of this engine, TAA is kinda ok but blurs too much, still.
Anyone got their key from Green Man Gaming yet? Still shows Awaiting Key on my pre-order here in the UK. Thought the game was released at midnight tonight? Not too bothered about pre-loading it as I have a 420 Mbps fibre connection which means it’s quicker to download it post-release than it is to pre-load then decrypt it (which can take up to an hour). More concerned that I am not going to get the key for tomorrow.
