I want to spend between 28-50 USD on a cooler and do maybe a mild to medium oc .. nothing crazy! I try not to ever mess with voltages cause i just don't want to degrade chips any faster.

get something decent in H80 or H80i range and OC the f**k out of it.

Why did you even bought a K version if you dont even intend touching the voltages, thats like buying a sports car to drive it in first gear only...lol

well eventually i do mess with voltages cause i just cant help myself but i want a air cooler only ... one that looks good and performs good cause i have a theme going nand do not want an ugly turd as a cooler.

Black or White works preferably black.

if you all can recommend a few.

coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO. Honestly though, most of the air coolers look like a giant ugly PoS, regardless of how well they work. You want nice looking, go with those enclosed water coolers, like the H80i.

You mean full black or white? In that case, take a look at some Prolimatech, Phanteks, Enermax, Xigmatek coolers. New Armageddon looks pretty neat in black/blue http://www.guru3d.com/news_story/prolimatech_blue_armageddon_limited_edition.html

I can vouch for the ENERMAX ETS-T40 listed above, it's very quiet and performs great.
