Forged Alliance, with multiplayer maintained by the community, makes for infinite replayability
    Best strategy game ever

Nevermind, just saw it in your list.

(if you are talking about realtime.)

If not... well, Heroes of M&M (3) is probably the best turn based, assuming the old 2D graphics doesn't turn you off.
There are mods that allow it to run on modern PCs with high-resolution displays (HoMM3 HoTA + H3HD)

    ---
Oh, and there's the new remasters... C&C remaster, Age of Empires remaster... brings those wonderful old games to modern PCs.

Ah, and Stracraft 2 (not that new anymore, but modern enough)... I'm not seeing it in your list.

    ---
In the style of 4X games, have you played that hidden gem: Sword of the Stars (1, as 2 is crap) ?

    Some I haven't seen mentioned:

Iron Harvest (new; Company of Heroes in WW1 steampunk guise)
8-bit armies (recent; Command and Conquer clone with Stonehearth graphics)
Rise of Nations (old; Age of Empires meets Civilization? ...A favorite, this game needs a remake!)

You've already got XCOM1 and 2, and I highly recommend the expansion packs for both. They really bring cool new things to their respective main titles.

I play a lot of RA2 and RA3 specially with mods.

Starcraft II, AOE3 DE, Generals Zero Hour.

CK3 is more of an RPG because you play as a dynasty. It is great but it still kinda lacks immersion compared to CK2, although some mods add to it plus its quite easy compared to CK2. If you really want a grand strategy game then EU4 (especially with mods) is far better. You can also give a try to stellaris, which is probably their best game or imperator rome. IR had a really bad launch, but they did improve on it significantly and there is going to be release of 2.0 version next week, with large rework.
