I test for hitching by running the intro for ground zeroes 5 times, if skull face hitches/lag spikes while hes walking toward the gate then its dropping the load randomly.

Theres Few other games im going to test with, havent tested diablo 3 or its expansion as yet. I was testing crysis 3 last month trying to understand the strange fps drops and i figured out its the MEI driver.

Yes. Not only the phantom pain but every other game.

    Use 347.25 instead.

    Thanks.

Is there a win8.1 version of the MEI 11.0.0.144?

This may also explain the stutter i get in fc2 despite being able to keep fps stable at 60 and above.

Are you using a G-sync monitor? If yes, then try ULMB. It's still not perfect but close. Still annoying that it's not possible to play that game smoothly.

You can install it on windows 8.1, it works perfectly. You can install all the windows 10 drivers on windows 8.1

Thats what i did to test performance between windows 8.1 and 10. Its the same performance.

There is performance improvment from 7 to 10 and these guys really happy look 10 fps boost!!

But yeah its only for these guys who skipped win 8 or 8.x
Win 10 bit perform better on new hardware then 8 for sure but switching from 8 to 10 is not big improvement performance allmost same only optional is dx12.

Agreed. The new drivers have totally destroyed my tv viewing experience & Mr G does not even bother to acknowledge the issue. Already posted in the official forums as well but thats completely hopeless. They have never helped out in any way - have had better success here actually!

I am just hoping they fix whatever they screwed up with these last 2 drivers. Have reverted to 353.62 - the last stable release for me.

wow, installed the MEI drivers and i was surprised to notice H1Z1 running very smoothly.

the game would stutter very frequently (i assumed it was due to the fact it was in the alpha stage still), especially where there were lots of people present, but, after installing those MEI drivers, it seems to be non-existent... just very smooth overall gameplay.

i only had time to test H1Z1 and CSGO (in which case, was already running smooth anyway) for now but, everything seems fine as well, no problems.

    thanks :)

if your mobo has it, it's installed by default by win8/win10.

for me, win10 installed version 11.0.0.1157.

knock on wood, no issues here with stuttering, low fps or whatever people call it.
