I'm perfectly happy with Logitech for my mouse and keyboard solutions.

Razer wants a receipt too. They asked when I had to RMA it one month after I bought it, and now the problem is returning and warranty about to expire.

Besides razer and logitech, which other mouse maker makes a mouse with bunch of buttons on the side?

Let me quote something from above:

Why do I have to watch a video to get it to go offline? Why isn't there a single click option like Steam for example?

It's good to know that the company has no respect for privacy. I'll just avoid their products. That's not to boycott them in any way, but there are already enough of other companies that don't respect my privacy. I am not waiting for more of them.

At the top where your Account name is (email address, or whatever you put in), just click on the upside down triangle next to it, and then click on go offline from the menu that pops up, then go offline again, from the confirmation box that pops up (lit green circle will turn red when off), then to go back online (to check for updates), just do the same, but selecting go online instead. :)

Even Razer themselves say you don't need to be online :-

And I'm never buying easily smashable Razer ever again.

Oh yeah, now I remembered the term Rouge Khmer used to describe killing of prisoners. I've been trying to recollect it for days.
