why do people bother with pc speakers. just get a proper amp with a aux in and 2 decent speakers. be miles better
Instead of that, why not give a better alternative at around same price and size? Got myself the Creative T50 set, and they sound great(and barely fit on my desk).
Stereo sucks ass. Especially for racing games, and alot of shooters. So yea, Im sticking with PC speakers. Ive had a solid amp and 2 speakers and 2 channel sucks in games even they are good speakers.
probably size, cost and some people even like multy channel audio, i use a pair of studio speakers and i can't be happier, audio is a different story for everybody.
I got myself a second hand Z906 by Logitech for PC Speaker setup. Hooked through optical out from my Creative AE-9 and i upgraded the wiring to 16 AWG Studio grade copper wires. Couldn't be more happier, sound goes clear as dew and mighty boom-boom even at 25-30% volume.
