so I've built a new computer and i got 2 one terabyte hard drives. so i plan on doing a raid 0 for a backup drive. and for some reason i can never get it to work right. what i do is when i begin to install windows. at the begining of the setup it asks to press F6 to install a raid driver. so i do and then I'm asked to insert the driver floppy and the floppy is not found or detected. so can i please get some help to install a raid setup
You have to found the raid drivers and put them in the floppy, or even through your mobo, silicon or nvidia controller. And raid 0 is striped means it's 2 hard drive and they split the data, it's only for performance. Raid 1 it's mirrored and it's for backup, 2 hard drives writes on both of them the same data
