The method you linked to is exactly the same, just done by the program instead. I do know when installing drivers, there are extra 00's added by AMD, not by the program. Tessellation_OPTION for example, it's default state is 30000000 but once you toggle the option in Radeon Settings/CCC it's 3000. With these values, such as 3000, extra 00's won't make any difference. The reason the Default Values in RadeonMod are truncated is because AMD didn't make up their mind on which values to use and actually use both so I decided to use less 00's with 4 digits. If you modify FlipQueueSize to 0x3100 (which is 3100 in the registry), that's right. If I set ShaderCache in RadeonMod to 0x3200 (which is 3200 in the registry) Assassin's Creed Syndicate has the cache created.
