People who are disappointed at AMD because they dropped active driver support for the Fury and the Fury X, I just wanted to remind you, there are people who bought the Radeon VII and has to endure random bluescreen of death unless a particular older version of the driver is used.

21.6.1 on my RX 6900 XT in my main rig runs Godfall just fine, didn't even have to resort to FSR for it to run maxed out with RT enabled. Buuuut, it's a different story with my i7 3960X/VEGA64/16GB RAM/64bit Win10 21H1 2nd rig, it froze in the midst of gameplay when I first fired up the game, and now hangs on the menu. Whaddupwiddat?!

Uggg the list of games that supports FSR is pretty crappy IMO, why strategy games? Not sure they are really the ones that need to benefit, of course great news for fans of such games...

Hoping No Man's Sky, RDR2, Assassin's Creed Origins/Odyssey/Valhalla get added to the list soon...

Who plays these games still in 2021, a bunch of kiddos? They're old now. AMD seeks new titles with tons of players first. Dota 2 for example is a maintained game always updated with standard audience.

3gb this morning for me, yeah. Anything under 100% resolution scale enables FSR option with Vulkan or DX11. But call me not impressed. Heavy update, introduced stuttering for me.

Running on old GCN 1.0 (HD 8790M), confirmed FSR can work on older GCN gpu.

FSR on Dota 2 can be run on any DX11 class GPU, AMD, Nvidia or Intel.

It probably works on ARM too, given those emulate DX11 and I think DX12?

Update on my side, so rollback to 20.11.2 with my RX560 to get rid of scrambled screen (like checkerboard) and TDR.

    My system is :
    AMD FX 8370
    Asus M4A890GTD
    MSI Radeon RX560 Saphire Pulse
    16Gb DDR3
    SATA SSD and HDD (AHCI)
    Enermax 600W Bronze+
Tested with No Overclocking (CPU and GPU - All stock)
    Windows 10 Pro legit and updated (20H2 - KB5003637)

Would any one have some recommendations ? I already tried following things, but may have missed the elephant in the room :

    - DDU every time
    - Chipset drivers updated
    - PCIe spread spectrum in Bios desactivated
    - PCIe energy saving in Windows 10 desactivated
    - TdrDelay (10 Hex) created in Registry
    - Enhanced sync OFF
    - Freesync OFF
    - Checkdisk on SSD
    ...

I'm out of options ... just know that returning to 20.11.2 solves issues.

Last option is to check VGA bios. Last version looks like 015.050.002.001.000000.
    E.g. https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/217106/217106
Of course you must use bios which fit you card (size of memory, memory manufacturer...)

Huge difference in Terminator game 39 vs 54 fps with FSR ultra. I only wish now to use fsr in games that I like:)Great feature.

I've been a gamer for 40 years, guess I should be flattered being called a "kiddo", even if it was a rather poor attempt to deflect my opinion by insulting me :)

Deactivate freesync and check again. Another possible solution is to make the CPU energy plan to run at the performance setting. or maybe the PSU cannot feed properly your GPU? A few advises to test.
