Anyone knows how to install this from ms store?
always error with 1/5/2019 driver + 18362.113 build
why? Install 19.5.1 from the official site
it eats up to 2 gb pagefile, i don't want to install this crap
its 2019. Anyway have fun.
It's pre installed for me on windows 1903 through windows update.
You do not need this. Never install AMD Radeon Software from their own site either beta or whql you won't lose performance or anything, more than enough you will lose crap like "relive" and "share" tabs etc translating to more resources available.
Windows update is more than enough, especially if you go insider. Radeon settings lite, is a store app, meant for microsoft's update drivers.
i'm not insider anymore and last available driver for me from 2017
19.5.1 latest driver, get over it and install it.
You chasing ghosts with pagefiles and minimal installations.
Im trying to help you here
Non-automated game scans would be a nice update though, if I were to have the game library installed in full either via storage or secondary drive that would be 1100+ profiles destroying startup time and RAM usage of Radeon Settings until the add/remove program listings for these are removed though you only need 10 - 15 profiles before it starts chugging last I tested it's performance some year back.
Just speaking from a example but I don't know if that's the problem here and I can't say much for ReLive and the overlay as I rename the .dll files and remove the startup entries as I don't use or need these though this running could also increase RAM usage somewhat, curious why it pages it though and to such an extent too as the page file should be minimal in use at most maybe a few hundred MB commit charge on boot-up if even that other than some kinda broken applications trying to page to it with more than they should.
(Final Fantasy 15 pre-patch wrote a ton of pages for some reason to use a example here of that behavior.)
For how little data the settings and services are supposed to take that is pretty significant though I don't have a good answer, lite sounds like a improvement to me where it removes many extra features so a choice for users wouldn't be bad keeping the core bits and ideally also Wattman as a choice during install perhaps or why not have multiple options allowing users to fine tune what to install immediately or later like ReLive currently although much of it now installs anyway with the extra services unless some files are renamed first.
EDIT: Though 19.5.1 did cut much of Radeon's legacy settings in the Program Files (x86) folder so it's changing things somewhat, still not gone entirely though despite moving to Catalyst Next years back.
But the settings software is seeing some updates and changes.
some one have radeon settings lite setup pls share with him,i want try too
I have the latest driver installed 19.5.2 without the radeon settings and then i tried to download the lite edition from the store but it shows error downloading code :0x803FB005
Also the one from the adguard store with the appx file doesnt install through powershell with error 0x80073CFD
WIndows 10 1903 updated
HD 7850 2gb
Same, tried on 2 GPUs, sadly same results.
Latest Radeon Settings lite is 10.19.30002.
I have the uwppair.inf 26.2020.0.0 that installs 10.19.20003 radeon settings.
Is there anyway to find the newer uwppair.inf so the newest radeon settings lite can be installed?
