Nah, not with draw stream/tile rast. I've said it before - Nvidia dynamically enables/disables their tile rasterizer based on the application. Some applications it causes visual issues or has a negative performance impact. So depending on the software AMD won't enable their variant in the profile - which means it's only going to effect certain games. The devs themselves won't really need to program for it though. The mixed math FP16 stuff is a different story.
