I'll help you bit more: full 300 pages report from TSMC for 2018 states: - Capacity: million 12-inch equivalent wafers - 37% > 28nm wafer revenue - 63% ≤ 28nm wafer revenue But even w/o knowing details, you can see that their 7nm revenue exceeded 16/20nm half a year ago. Question is, do they make more 7nm wafers, or do they ask more per wafer?
