Download: Radeon Adrenalin Edition 19.11.1 drivers

    Support For
    • Red Dead: Redemption II®
    Added Vulkan Support
    • VK_KHR_timeline_semaphore
      • This extension introduces a new semaphore type that uses an integer payload to identify a point in a timeline. The extension supports querying the semaphore, host wait/signal operations, and device wait/signal operations.
    • VK_KHR_shader_clock
      • This extension allows a shader to query a real-time or monotonically incrementing counter at the subgroup level or across the device level.
    • VK_KHR_shader_subgroup_extended_types
      • This extension enables the nonuniform group operations in SPIR-V to support 8-bit integer, 16-bit integer, 64-bit integer, 16-bit floating-point, and vectors of these types.
    • VK_KHR_pipeline_executable_properties
      • This extension allows debugging and performance tools and applications in general to query properties and statistics about the pipeline compilation process.
    • VK_KHR_spirv_1_4
      • This extension allows the use of SPIR-V 1.4 shader modules, which in turn allows easier translation from high level languages into spirv.
    • VK_EXT_subgroup_size_control
      • This extension enables an implementation to control the subgroup size by allowing a varying subgroup size and also specifying a required subgroup size. The optional feature to allow full compute subgroups is enabled.
    • Clustered Subgroup Operations
      • This feature bit allows invocations to perform cluster operations such as add, mul, min, max, and, or, xor among partitions of a subgroup. The operations are only performed within the subgroup invocations within a partition.
    Fixed Issues
    • Some users may be unable to connect their Twitch™ account through the Connect page in Radeon Settings for live streaming.
    • The Outer Worlds™ may sometimes experience an application crash when opening the characters inventory screen.
    • The Outer Worlds™ may experience character models being rendered incorrectly on the inventory screen.
    • Frame Rate may cap or remain limited to 60 fps in some Vulkan® API games.
    • OBS streaming may experience heavy frame drops when using AMF encoding..
    Known Issues
    • Radeon RX 5700 series graphics products may experience stutter in some games at 1080p and low game settings.
    • Performance Metrics Overlay may cause stutter or screen flashing on some applications.
    • Radeon RX 5700 series graphics products may experience display loss when resuming from sleep or hibernate when multiple displays are connected.
    • Toggling HDR may cause system instability during gaming when Radeon ReLive is enabled.
    • Stutter may be experienced when Radeon FreeSync is enabled on 240hz refresh displays with Radeon RX 5700 series graphics products.
    • AMD Radeon VII may experience elevated memory clocks at idle or on desktop.
    • Performance Metrics Overlay may report incorrect VRAM utilization.
    • Invoking Radeon Overlay may cause games to lose focus or become minimized when HDR is enabled within Windows®.
    Important Notes

Not much in the profile file though Vulkan support for Rainbow Six Siege is listed and Red Dead Redemption 2 for the PXDynamic category and HighPerfGPU.

VLK runtime at 1.1.114.0 from the included .dll files in this driver though it's using extensions from 1.1.126.0 and the latest loader is available now via https://vulkan.lunarg.com/sdk/home#windows and again it's backwards compatible so it can be installed and will overwrite AMD's bundled version without any problems.
(Mostly support for the same extensions listed here plus one for Google though there's also runtime 1.1.121 and .1 and .2 for this fixing smaller things.)

EDIT: What else oh the Outer Worlds draw distance glitch from 19.10.2 is still here though it's nice to see the other two issues fixed.

And version wise just a small bump from 19.10.2's driver but that doesn't have to mean much, guess it'll be clear in a day or two how this stacks up against the previous sets for known issues and also the ongoing Navi quirks or what to call them.
(Guess 19.7.5. is still the most stable in that regard whatever changed between that and 19.8.1 and newer.)

Siege receiving vulkan renderer would be an awesome thing. This is my main mp game for last few years so i would be glad to see that happen.

I am at the point of being afraid to upgrade the drivers. 19.10.2 is working ok. I think I am going to stick with 19.10.2 since this one doesn't provide the 'Radeon RX 5700 series graphics products may experience stutter in some games at 1080p and low game settings.' fix yet.

Looks like this currently so probably happening in a upcoming content update.

    <application Title="Rainbow 6: Siege Vulkan" File="scimitar_engine_win64_2017_p_vulkan.exe">
    <use Area="PXDynamic">HighPerfGPUAffinity</use>
    </application>

Exe naming seems more like a internal or development build of some kind but it's clearly in testing and if it's landing in the driver now it might not be too far from release whenever the next major update for the game is scheduled perhaps or what the roadmap looks like, clearly the game turned things around from the initial state and is now running in year 2 and on with plans for more, at least that's a good use of the ongoing service model and Ubisoft getting a bit of a wakeup from the lower than expected sales and reception to their latest releases but also their ability to accept criticism and feedback and the resulting delay of much of the upcoming games and focus on patches and improvements for titles such as Breakpoint in addition to ongoing support for popular and active games such as Siege. :)

Next bigger update for siege will be somewhere in the end of this month or beginning of December. To be honest i would be surprised if vulkan renderer would be added now, personally i guess, if at all, it will be introduced with next season which should start in February 2020.

Is it possible the game is coming to Google Stadia, hence the Vulkan API renderer addition?

If anyone tests these new drivers with Radeon 5700 and Destiny 2, please share your findings. I'm sticking to 19.10.1 for the time being.

    Cheers.

I do not care about cloud gaming services so i have no idea. Anyway, i would say there is no reason for it to not show up on stadia. The only problem would be servers, like it was with onlive service and their approach to multiplayer, stadia version of game could have separate servers so also lower playerbase, unless google will figure out how to connect stadia players with uplay players without issues.

    Time to Play :D
    Clean install, everything is OK.

    Gears 5 DX12 = OK
    Outer Worlds = OK
    Forza H 4 = OK
    BFV = OK
    MtG Arena = OK

(All games (but Gears & FH4) with Reshade 4.4.1)

Also this is very good driver, less tW same FPS ;)
also small bump in 3Dmark score.
WHQL for this will come sooner or later....

Reshade 4.4 available for download, features better DX12 support & experimental Vulkan support !
Version 4.4.1 was released on Nov 3rd 2019.

    4.4.0:
    • Added EXPERIMENTAL support for Vulkan
To use, install with setup tool as usual, but run the game via the batch file it generates:
      <game name>_with_reshade.bat
    • Added D3D12/Vulkan depth buffer detection (based on work by thalixte)
    • Added lots of improvements to D3D9/10/11 depth buffer detection
    • Added option to enable/disable aspect ratio heuristics in depth buffer detection
    • Added support for saving before and after screenshots of the same frame (thanks to Naomi)
    • Added support for "__FILE__" and "__LINE__" preprocessor macros
    • Added "BUFFER_COLOR_DEPTH" definition which contains the color bit depth of the frame buffer (e.g. 8 or 10)

You need a newer Windows version(1809 LTSC, for example).
