Hi, I have a problem with Radeon 280X after update from Win 7 to 10. The screen started to flicker randomly, sometimes leading to system crashes. From the research I have done so far, I read that it could be due to low idle clock. However, I am not able to change the idle clock in VBE7, it is locked to 300 MHz and when I try to change it, it reverts back to the original value. BIOS: https://file.io/D61GB7cqWuAn
