Loved DIRT, although I never really played what I really waned to. Which was the high level WRC rally cars. I hated the pyramid career system. I hope that Grid does not have something that annoying...

I have opteron 165@2,9ghz, 2gigs and ati 3870 and had to set everything to low/off and 2xmsaa to get 60fps @1280x1024. Everything under 60fps is stuttering hell. uke2:

Had same thing with dirt. Do not know what is with ati and dirt...dirt@30fps was ok on nvidia (7800gt) but 45-55fps on ati is crap.

Unfortunately its a bit late in the day now as the game has apparently gone Gold as hugos82 pointed out. But I know that complaints on Vista issues were being fed back to the dev team via there forums: http://community.codemasters.com/forum/index.php?

 

I wish this game was only on the PC. That'll kick Polyphony Digital and SCE right in their cooter.

Bloody hell, I really am pants at drifting. My highest score is 120,000 :bang:

I just cant seem to suss how it scores you on one drift and not on another. Oh well hopefully I get better on the full game. I'm back to GT Legends in the meantime.
